No, Penicillin will not work to treat a fungal rash or infection. It is an antibiotic that is only useful in treat or preventing bacterial infections. The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
A fungal rash will require an antifungal medication. Have you consulted a doctor to confirm what's causing it?
