My blood pressure is 95/70
can i take neurobion with such low BP?

Neurobion is listed as being a vitamin B supplement and it should be safe take with high blood pressure, unless your doctor feels otherwise.

The FDA lists its typical side effect as mostly being nausea, due to the potency.
