What Is Losar H Tablet's Side Effects

I am a 37 yr old male. My bp was always 170/130 then i started amlovas-AT but bp was the same. After that my doctor advised me to take losar h 50 mg and my bp is 110/90 now. But i feel lazy, short of breath, and am itching all over the body when exposed to cold air or water.. I just want to know that this is due to losar h or any other reason?
