My B P is 95-170 can I take losar h this tablet is good for me or advise me wich tablet is good fo high BP

My BP always 150/90,140/90. Doctor suggests Tolal 25 XR & beetol 40 TR. Escitalent plus. Is it right ?

I am 72 yr old having B P range 94-150. Islosartan H is beneficial.I m taking it for couple of months on advise of my doctor.Has it some side effect.Pls guide.
