What Is Ip203

I have just now received my prescription and it says ip 203 on it and I have taken 6 today instead of the normal 3 a day and I feel nothing what is this crap the reason I found out was I took one out and read it and it didn't say 512 so I looked it up and saw all this on it what do I do return it and get the real ones or will they do that hunter
