The active ingredient is just Morphine, there are no active ingredients used in the time released formulation and other products in it would be considered inactive, because they have no beneficial or detrimental pharmaceutical effect.

However, there are several different methods of making a medication time released and I am not sure which one is used in this particular tablet.
It is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and your pharmacy may have more information on it.
