All combination prescription medications with amounts of Acetaminophen in excess of 325mgs per dose have been removed from the market.
This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

They still make Lortab with the same doses of Hydrocodone. It just has 325 mg of Acetaminphen instead of 500 mg.
