I am not certain exactly what you mean by this.

Hydrocodone Bitarate is a narcotic analgesic, used to treat severe pain.

A hydrochloride just signifies that something is a salt of that particular substance, such as Pyridine Hydrochloride.

So, medically they are unrelated.

I find that whenever I buy a medication or a vitamin I have to check if it contains hydrochloride.. if it does I have to avoid it because within a couple of days I have a terrible burning sensation in my gut

apart from zantac and slippery elm is there anything else I can do to ease the pain
