What is harder on the bodies organs, Percocet or Tramacet?

I take 80 mg Oxycodone and ran out early (spilled the bottle on a shag carpet). I have 5 days and I will get the script filled.. Can I take Tramadol until the Oxycodone is filled, in about 5 days?

I'm trying to find out if tramadol and oxycodone test the same on a drug panel bc a friend of mine is in alot of pain and she has a script for methadone and the hospital gave her ultracet for the severe pain but neither of them are working so she's got like 5 oxycodone left from a few months back and didn't want to be in trouble if she took one cause she is in severe, severe pain.

I agree. Paracetamol causes more drug deaths than all other pharmaceuticals combined, and the situation was even worse when dextropropoxyphene was legal.
These combinations are not necessary for any clinical reason and are just a con trick by Pharma companies to increase profits.
Paracetamol is only available in the max amount of 16 tablets in the UK, a small nod to its dangers. Personally I think it should be a Controlled a Drug of at least Sch 3. After all, oxycodone is Sch 2 and tramadol Sch 3 CDs and are both much safer. I advise taking these without the dreadful hepatotoxic paracetamol which should be reserved only for very occasional use as an antipyretic, and limited to 150-200mg per dosage unit. No more is ever necessary, and it's value as an analgesic is virtually zero.

I share your thoughts on the acetaminophen and was going to ask my Doctor to prescribe me either straight oxycodone or tramadol I was wondering which was more likely to cause constipation and which is harder on the liver

Since both of the medications you've mentioned contain Paracetamol/Acetaminophen, they're probably about equal in risk. Many people don't realize it, but Acetaminophen is actually a very dangerous medication and may cause liver damage or failure. Additionally, an overdose of it can be fatally toxic.
