What Is Happening To Me

so im 22yrz of age,i've nw had the jadelle for jus over a year nw ,i got the jadelle 1week after i gave birth to my son who is nw 16mnths i had constant bleeding for a month 3days break then id bleed agen for a month ,i noticed different mood swings,eating constant ,so i then went to my youth clinic GP she then subcribed me contraceptive pillz So i had taken them for the 3mnth period during that everythng was nly working for a few days then id bleed agen then i started getn the dizzy spellz ,headachez so then i stop taking them then thngs started to be okay and normal,6mnthz down the line nw i have just clotted out bg bloches of blood ballz that look like kidney shapez my abdomin z realy sore and n pain i cn barely pt ne preasure on my stomach and each time i get up to attend to my son or todo nethng it felz as if more gush of blood clots are about to bust could i be having a miscaridge

You need to see a doctor immediately! Those large blood clots could be the sign of a dangerous health problem. This isn't something to play around with, please see your doctor immediately.
