I'm 27 years old. I have suffered with urinary tract infections for 10 years. My doctor prescribed me levofloxacin (glevo) 500mg and I got free of the infection for 3 months and it's now back. Should I reuse the drug?

Only if your doctor instructs you to do so. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.

Have you explored why are getting so many infections? Are you on any medications? Do you make sure to wipe from front to back?
