what is the difference between Fynal-250 and Fynal-500 and there diffrent uses?

From what I was able to gather the only difference is the mg's. Fynal-250 means 250 mg's and Fynal-500 means 500 mg's. I also located the active ingredient, it's Levofloxacin. Levofloxacin is used to treat severe or life-threatening bacterial infections or bacterial infections which have failed to respond to other antibiotic classes.
