The tablet with the IP 110 is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals, the other is by Watson Pharmaceuticals and they both list them as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Thus, the only difference is that they are manufactured by different companies, which is very common with generics. Several options are always available to create market competition and help keep prices as low as possible.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

I have taken both and the Watson is better. I have a lot more break through pain with IP 110. Per my Dr. he doesn't think they are the same because a lot of patients complain about the IP does not work as long as the Watson.

I have needed to take hydrocodone due to 4 ankle surgeries. On Monday, I had my script refilled. It was now a yellow tablet. My blood pressure and pain have increased. I was told that their could be different fillers. I am now trying to get a new script written, taking back the yellow hydrocodone script. Most likely my insurance will not pay. Pharmacy knows me and is not concerned about abuse. $83 dollars, increase in blood pressure and PAIN. :(

You were able to return a pain script - I wish! Walgreens would never allow that! Ip110 - Don’t feel like I took anything. It’s awful!

Same to me. Fillers and coloring. I cannot tolerate any yellow meds as my body almost doesn’t recognize them, they aren’t effective in my body. I have food allergies.
