What Is Celestamine Ns

My wife was prescribed celestamine ns in Mexico because she was experiencing very strong eye and nasal fluid because of a cold condition and she could not take medication off the shelf because she is on high blood pressure pills. Since taking the celestamine ns she has experienced a ton of body pain in her muscles and joints. Could this drug have caused this kind of reaction?

The Celestamine MS from Mexico contains Betamethasone, and Loratadine, it is commonly used to treat allergies. However, the NIH does warn that the Betamethasone may cause elevated blood pressure, and heart rate, as a side effect, along with nausea, dizziness, mood changes, and weight changes. And yes, it has also been known to cause some types of body pain.

How long will she be taking? What other medications is she taking?

There are some over the counter products that she can take, she just needs to read the packaging, or ask for assistance. Coricidin HBP is one that is specially formulated for people with high blood pressure. I've taken it, myself.
