Hello, Suzanne! How are you doing? Sorry about the toothache, they are miserable.

At this point, it's really going to depend on what's causing the toothache. For instance, if it's due to an infection, then there isn't much that's going to help, until the infection is dealt with via an antibiotic.

Have you consulted a dentist, yet?
