Curious. Rx filled for Percocet 7.5 365 for shoulder surgery. The only something I got was severe gas. Very small amount of relief. Seldom take pain medz. Called RiteAide, advised this is only generic medz allowed by my plan type. However, generic medz can be as effective, depending on manufacturer. Further research entailed corporation is in India. WTF! Is it more dangerous to give authentic medication which has greater addictive properties or give cheaper similar medz from abroad which may inadvertently kill you just because the USA pharma industry wants cheap for higher profit margin. Canadian medz banned (online) to be replaced with whatevers for India? Have we lost our minds these Corporate suits profit over health.

Hello, Helena! How are you doing? Has there been any change? I'm very sorry that you're in pain.

Regardless of where a medication is manufactured, it has to meet the same safety and efficacy standards, under FDA law, as any other that is available on the U.S. market. Thus, it is an authentic medication, even though it seems that it doesn't work well for you.

You may need to consult your doctor about trying a different medication, or a different dosage.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.

And it is not banned in Canada, they have actually approved Aurobindo products for distribution there. Nor are Canadian medications banned here, if they have met FDA approval. The only thing banned is ordering them for import, especially without a prescription, between either country.
