I take 2mg Ativan daily, 90 mg of Cymbalta daily, 105mg Methadone daily and sometimes use Zantac for heartburn. Are there any drug interactions I should know about? Any knowledge u have about this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Yes, you actually shouldn't take the Sulfatrim with Methadone, it can cause a prolonged QTc interval of the heart, which may be fatal/
The FDA classifies Methadone as an opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
