Hi I grew a pimple in my nose right on the tip of my nose and I scratch it with my fingernail thinking it was going to bust and make it go away instead it got worse now my nose is infected worst throbbing red and pain and I started just taking ampicilina mexapin 500 is this good for that kind of infection please let me know

This is an antbiotic that is used to used to various types of bacterial infections. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea. and non-allergic skin rash.
