I am from South-Africa and a breast cancer survivor. Was on Nexium tabs and it did not helped me all the time acid reflux and abdominal pain. I also got a sliding hiatal hernia. From 10/11/2014 on Altosec 20mg ..No more heart burn,no reflux sliding hiatal hernia is better. Side effects none!!!
