I was told this was a form of morphine for pain but I am not having any luck finding it on the internet.

Yes they do make A 200MG morphine sulfate pill. But that 200MG pill is DEFINITELY 100 PERCENT NOT AN INSTANT RELEASE FORM OF MORPHINE,IT'S A TIME RELEASED FORM OF MORPHINE SULFATE. Immediate release form comes in 15MG AND 30MG.

What does it look like? Color and numbers? Should definitely be a circle shape. I went on morphine before, just after methadone. I had allergic reactions. Too much made me have breathing issues, just like Methadone. I have lots of experience with this drug. I tried everything until something finally worked. I have severe muscle pain, Lyme disease and fibromyalgia.

Yes Morphine is highly addictive. 45mg of Morphine Sulphate is not really a high dose. If you've never taken opioid pain killers before it will be enough to make you very loopy and possibly sick to your stomach. It is important to understand that the bioavailability of these pills is very poor.
2-4mg of morphine given intravenously would be close to an equivelant dose.
To give you an idea the largest size pill they make is a 200mg morphine sulphate pill. So that's around 13 or so of the 15mg pills. Also all the morphine rx I've seen are time release so the pill slowly dissolves over a given amount of time

The pill you have is Morphine (15 mg). The S4 is actually 54, which can be misleading on many pills.
