I broke my Tib/Fib bones above right ankle 10 months ago, had them set, cast for 3 months, followed by 6 months of pt, and now home, but pain still presents it self when I bare weight on right leg. Take water aerobics three times a week to help healing, but pain persists, Doc prescribed Tramadol HCL 50 mg tabs, but had no affect after a week of taking 3 times a day. Now he prescribes me Hydroco/Apap 10-325. While it puts me out of my mind, can't function on computer to sleepy to work, the pain is still there. Took this med for a day, took two days to get it out of my system.

If the actual analgesics haven't helped, I'm wondering if you might be having pain from some nerve damage, rather than anything else.
Have you tried any of the medications for that? They are a couple of anticonvulsants that can be used effectively for nerve pain.
