just wondering what this is for?? i found 2 pills marked with this L368 at the bottom of my high blood pressure meds.

This is an over the counter tablet containing 220mgs of Naproxen, a generic or store brand of Aleve.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.
