What Infections Does Amox 875 Mg Treat

I feel like I might have an upper respiratory infection will these pills help with my two week congested chest?

Amoxicillin is a broad spectrum antibiotic, so it can treat many types of bacterial infections. Its side effects may include nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

However, it will only treat an infection, so you shouldn't take it, unless your doctor has confirmed that you have one and an antibiotic is necessary. Taking it inappropriately creates the risk of your developing antibiotic resistant bacteria, which is also true if you don't have enough to complete a full course of treatment.
