Taking an extra dose once isn't usually a huge concern, especially at such a low dose, though it may cause more side effects than usual, which the U.S. FDA lists as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, and hypotension.
However, it is always best to double check with your doctor, emergency services, or poison control, to be safe.
