I took my pills tonight from my pill box and then found Atenalol on the carpet so I took it. I'm just worried that it may have fallen there when I was refilling my pill boxes. I'm hoping I just dropped it when I took them and took the one I was supposed to have taken. Would 2 doses hurt me?

An occasional double dose isn't likely to hurt you, as long as you aren't allergic to it, according to FDA reports, but your blood pressure and heart rate may drop lower than normal, you may also experience more dizziness, and drowsiness, than usual.
