I have a pill that I took thought it was a gen valium then looked it up said the small white pill I took w 10 on one side and m on other was actually a hyperthyroid med. Am I in trouble?

I can't find a thryoid medication with this marking. Was this an American prescription or something over the counter?
As to problems, no, it is not likely that one tablet will harm you, either way. The only danger with something like that would be if you were allergic or sensitive to something in the medication.
