What I Can Use Instead Of Spasmocanulase

Hi;

I have Chronic constipation and Indigestion for years and I used to take spasmocanulase and I had gotten relief but, in Egypt they do not producing spasmocanulase any more and nothing gets me relief any more so what I can take instead of spasmocanulase or the name of drugs t hat contain the same elements that spasmocanulase has.

It is probably sold in Spain. I know that it is available in most countries of Latin America over the counter.
