My husband first took 45 mg Lupron injection and decided not take but three bacalutamide pills to ease hot flashes because didn't like contraindications. His energy levels are low. Is that possibly from the lupron? Are the bicalutamide pills going to give more energy? Should he be taking them for for better antiandrogen results?

It is a very important medication in the treatment of his cancer, since it is an antiandrogen. His results really aren't going to improve, without it.
Has he spoken to his doctor about it?
What contraindications did he find so concerning?
When battling cancer, it is normal for his energy levels to be low, so that may not change for awhile, even with the treatments.
