What Else Might Test Positive For Methamphetamine

I am primary custodian for my 10 year old grandson. I've had him since he was born. I had an epiphany about my life close to 9 months ago and changed my habits drastically. My family decided that I was on drugs. So, one of them decided that they would call CPS. They came out and orally drug tested me and I was positive for crystal meth and methamphetamine! I take atenolol for high blood pressure and vitamins and that is it. How could this happen? The case worker told me that only two things give a false positive for that. (amphetamine salt that is found in 2 prescription drugs, neither of which I'm taking) They're letting me take a hair follicle test in a few days. How likely is this to repeat itself? Now my son and his ex wife are taking me to court for custody. Help me, please!

During a very rough withdrawal from Effexor, I found that I could not fill out forms or read long articles on the net. I'd sort of pass out. My head would start dropping to my chest, and my eyes closed. I'd try to fight it but could not, and it was costly. I couldn't pay my cell phone bill or order medical supplies. It went on for months.

I was also having seizure-like events, enough to go for an EEG which revealed and "RT spike" and little else. The doctor I saw didn't ask me about drugs I'd taken in the past, just what drugs I was on at the time. He wrote a code that translated to "seizure disorder, intractable" or similar. --I failed a test that involved standing with my feet together and my eyes closed. I fell over like a felled tree.

The was two years ago and I've been fine since it stopped. The Effexor was not necessary anyway and I regret going along with it, which my doctor prescribed for a short-term difficulty, not a mood disorder. Getting off it was MURDER.

So, anyone experienced or heard of "head drops" due to reading, during Effexor withdrawal? Might be the same with Cymbalta and Pristiq, family relations of Effexor.
