What Drugs Cause A False Positive For Methadone

Why would my urine that's being clean for a few years come back positive for opiates when I have not touched a drug except my methadone?

Sorry to read that this happened to you too. I had the same thing happen to me a few months back and my take home bottles were taken, so I had to write a grievance to the administration. It took a couple weeks but I got my bottles back and now I'm doing the mouth swabs now. So far no problems plus I'm going on 6 years clean of heroin and coke, don't miss it at all.
