There will still be medications available that contain Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, they will just only contain 325mgs of Acetaminophen as a maximum per dose.
The FDA requested that this change be made due to the risks of liver damage or failure that can occur with long-term use of high amounts, as well as the risk of overdose.
