To glance at them, some of them actually look very similar and it could be easy to mix them up.
And as to pointing out the specific differences, since they are both available as generics, there's really no way to list all of them on here.
They all have different markings on the tablets to enable them to be identified, according to dosage and manufacturer. The color is really entirely up to their whit and whim.
