What Does Opana Show Up As On A Urine Test

I insufflated a half of a lortab 500 mg a hour before my urine test. do you think I passed?

I've taken a 30mg opana everyday for four days I have a urine test tomorrow ,I do have a script for 5mg oxycodone and now that oxycodone metabolizes into oxymorphone,it will be 24 from the last bit of opana I did until my test if I just take the oxycodone will I be all set for tomorrow's test or will it show to much in my system?
