Lexapril/Lexapro is an antidepressant in the SSRI (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) category. SSRIs are not tested for in usual tests UNLESS asked for. Which I would think is fairly uncommon. But they have been known to cause false positives mostly as Amphetamines & occasionally even Benzodiazepines. As for the Valium it is a Benzodiazepine & if taken within the detectable amount of time the test would be positive for Benzodiazepines.
