Vicodin pills can come in various shapes and colors regardless of dosage (It depends on the manufacturer you are talking about). The most common look I have seen for this pill is probably white and oblong with a score line on one side. I don't know how many different manufacturers make Vicodin, but if you can provide the name of the one in question I can possibly look it up on their website and let you know the description.
But in regards to addiction; I cannot tell you whether or not you will get addicted as I don't know anything about your medical history or current state of health, etc; (that is a question for your doctor), however my suggestion is to take them as long as you are prescribed for, based on the instructions your doctor gave you or as stated on the bottle. If you feel the urge to continue taking them after this time period is up, I would personally ask your doctor about tapering off of the medication, taking a lower dose every so often. Does this make sense?
