It may be an initial for the manufacturer, which could translate into any number of pharmaceutical companies that start with a C.
Unfortunately without seeing the entire label first hand, I think all anyone can do is guesstimate what it truly stands for.
Whereabouts did you get your prescription filled? CVS or Rite Aid?
