It was very interesting to read all of the complaints about the different brands of percoset and their effectiveness. Watson was the only brand that helped me. It was a sad day when Actavis took them over and stopped producing their percoset. I even called the company and complained. I have the same issue with Fentanyl patch brands. I'm so happy to see I'm not alone!

There are two name brand Percocet tablets currently available, both listed by the FDA as being in the 5/325mg dosage. One is a round, white tablet with the word PERCOCET on one side and DuPont on the opposite. The other is a round, white tablet that has the marking PERCOCET 5 the front.
The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Hey, how's it going? I find it funny how people always wanna say that the name brand is the one that helps them. As a pain patient I can assure you unless there was a filler that your body was not responding well to.... Oxycodone 5mg from any brand does all the same, I promise. They've proven it. The most a pill can vary is 2-4% above or below the target blood concentration
