There are no 30mg Percocet tablets. Percocet contains Oxycodone and Acetaminophen, the maximum dosage of it available has 10mgs of Oxycodone with 325mgs of Acetaminophen.
Anything higher than that doesn't contain Acetaminophen, it would just be the Oxycodone by itself, which would be a generic for Roxicodone, if it's regular release; Oxycontin if it's time released; and OxyIR, if it's instant release.
That said, are there any markings on the tablet in question? U.S. prescription tablets are all required, by law, to have markings to enable their identification. If it has no markings, then it is most likely an over the counter product, of some type, however there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication.
The FDA classifies Oxycodone as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Yes it did make me drowsy but it did have a marking on it was square with no letter and no number and thank u for responding. ..

I found a white round tablet a little bigger than an asprin and it has a slight beveled edge it hads what looks like a capital iG on one side and numbers 239on the other any idea what it is. I thought it was a percocet but im not sure now.

They are oxycodone 30s and thats what the pill desrcibed is. Not technically a percocet cause there is no acetaminophen but there are oxycodone 30s and on the streets they are referred to a perc 30s.
