What Doctors Prescribe Oxycodone In Rhode W

Can everyone help me I am trying to find another doctor I was with in a doctor that was giving me oxycodone 30mg 6 a day I have had cancer in the cervic then it went to the uterus I had several operations finally on that I had a hysterectomy but I also gave many other problems with romatory arthritis reconstruction of my left foot pretty much pain from head to toe I've had several other operations the list just goes one but now the doctor I was seeing had told me I need to find another doctor and I've been looking everywhere and no one wants to help me I've been on this medication for over 20 years please if anyone knows of anyone that can help me let me know thank you so much for reading this

I'm very sorry about what you've been through, and how much pain you're in.

As to finding a new doctor, I don't live in your area, so unfortunately, I can't suggest anyone.

However, what I can tell you is that when you are contacting new doctors, don't ask them if they will prescribed any specific medication, especially a controlled substance that is commonly abused, such as Oxycodone. The only way to really find out is by actually setting up an appointment with the new doctor, make sure they get a full copy of your current medical records, including your prescriptions, and go from there.

If you are a potential new patient, and call asking about them prescribing a specific medication, they have no way of knowing if you're a legitimate patient with a need, or a potential drug abuser who may be doctor shopping, so they will usually say no just to get you off the phone, even if they do prescribed such medications.

The FDA warns that Oxycodone carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
