What Color Is Liquid Hycet

I was prescribed hycet liquid 7.5, but the pharmacy labeled the medicine hydrocodone/acetaminophen. Is it the same thing? Mine is purple.

Yes, Hycet is just a brand name for this medication, Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen are the active ingredients.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
