What Causes A False Positive For Nuycnta (Top voted first)

I see a pain doctor once a month. He occasionally does a drug screen to see if you're taking you're meds, and any meds you shouldn't be taking. I tested positive for Nucynta, I have no idea why, I have never even heard of it. the only pain drugs I take are Tramadol, and Flexerill. I do take several other drugs for various reasons. I am very curious to know why I tested positive

My PM doctor took me off my Oxycodone for breakthru pain relief with my Nucynta because he says its not needed, and then substituted it with Diclofenac...I have degenerative disc disease, bulging discs in my lower back, full body arthritis, and Fibromyalgia, I am still having sooo much pain...so everyday i will still take a 5mg Oxycodone...will the Oxycodone show up differently than the Nucynta or do they both just show up as Opiates?

The same thing happens to me I take hydrcodine and tested positive for nucynta I never heard of either until today what causes this
