What can I take for a cold with Belviq everything I've read is not given any information about anything for a cold except for Mucinex and you're not supposed to take that so I need to know what I can take over the counter

Hi Darla,

I realize you posted this back in March, so I hope you've gotten around to feeling better! Did you end up finding anything to take alongside Belviq for that cold? ...I was going to suggest looking into various types of essential oils (such as oregano, tea tree, ginger, lemon, lavender, etc.); tea & honey; and a diet rich in fresh organic fruits/veggies.

Should you ever have one of those ongoing/annoying coughs that tickle your throat, I find that 1-2 drops of lavender oil (taken at least a few times throughout the day) in a small glass of water does a superb job of suppressing it - Oregano & tea tree kill off infections - and ginger & lemon have known benefits for colds as well.

I'm a strong believer in natural remedies having relied upon them for most of my life, and feel that these options can go a long way towards keeping your immune system strong year round.
