This is an antibiotic and side effects can occur, while taking it, but that is normal and to be expected. There's really nothing you can do to get rid of them, it can happen with any antibiotic. However, you do need to finish your course of treatment with it, to fully eradicate the infection.
How long ago did you stop taking them?
