What Can I Do To Start My Menstrual Cycle

I had a miscarriage 5 months ago. I was 4 months pregnant and I didn't have my period from that time. what should I do? pls help

Hello, Dolly! How are you? I am very sorry about your loss.

You may have a hormonal imbalance going on from the miscarriage. Taking oral contraceptives for a few months can sometimes help to get things balanced back out, again.

What has your doctor advised?

Are you on any medications?
