What Are The Side Effects Losartan/hctz 50/ 12. 5mg

I'm having a hard time finding the side effects for losartan/hctz 50/12.5mg My husband was prescribed this medicine but don't know if it could be causing some of his problems he's having

Losartan with Hydrochlorothiazide is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, hypotension, orthostatic hypotension, increased urination and dehydration.

If he's experiencing orthostatic hypotension, such as getting dizzy when he stands up, or moves fast, he may be dehydrated, if it is removing too much fluid from his body and he's not taking in enough to replace it. Dehydration may also cause symptoms, such as dark urine, infrequent urination, less urinary output, lower back ache and joint aches.
