I have been taking amlod/benazp caps 10/40 for about six months. I notice me being light headed. But now it sames like it is happening constance, and i feel short of breath and feel like i have to urinate often.

More frequent urination is a very common side effect of blood pressure medications, because of their very mechanisms of action.
As to the other symptoms, what have your blood pressure readings been?
There are a few possibilities here that might explain the problem. One would be if your blood pressure is actually going too low with these medications. If this is the case you may need a dosage adjustment.
The other possibility is that the increased urination has caused you to become dehydrated and, if this is the case, you'd need to raise your fluid intake.
