What Are The Medicine For Fibromyalgia

i hv been suffering from neck cervical pain.The pain shifts from right hand to left hand.I cant stretch my hands as it pains.I cant rub my back while bathing coz its very painful.if i write too much it pains a lot.pl.help!!
