Actually the marking on this tablet is intended to be N008 and it contains 20mgs of Propranolol, which is a beta blocker that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.
Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, hypotension and stomach pain.
