Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Doxycycline hyclate (100 mg). The marking however is 3142, instead of 3124.

Doxycycline is frequently used to treat chronic prostatitis, sinusitis, syphilis, chlamydia, pelvic inflammatory disease, acne, rosacea, and Rickettsial infections.

i was given this by a friend for sinusitus and broncitus,,its only 100mg, and was told 2 take twice a day,,should i be taken it more than twice a day? been taken it for 5 days and my mucus is still green.
