It seems like I've tried so much and I can't get it off ...any recommendations please help me

What have you tried?

What type of foods do you eat? How much exercise do you get each day?

Are you on any medications that might cause weight gain?

Have you tried any of the weight loss medications that your doctor can prescribe?
